At Alethea Foundation, we are dedicated to transforming lives and communities through education and skill development. Established in 2020 and officially registered in 2022, we empower individuals, particularly in high-need areas, by providing essential resources and opportunities.

We strive to support learners with special needs, individuals living with disabilities, and those reintegrating into society after overcoming challenges such as substance abuse. Our goal is to create pathways for sustainable futures through comprehensive training and educational programs.

At Alethea Foundation, our vision is to create a world where every individual has access to quality education and the opportunity to develop essential skills. We aspire to empower communities, fostering resilience and self-sufficiency through learning and growth. Co-Founders

Siza and Sindiswa Dhladhla

Alethea means “truth,” and at the heart of our foundation is an unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity. Siza and Sindiswa Dhladhla are passionate about giving back to their community and believe that through truthfulness and transparency, true change can be achieved. Together, they lead with compassion, focusing on uplifting disadvantaged individuals and communities.

Strategy

At Alethea Foundation, our strategy revolves around a four-phase cycle:

Develop

We implement educational and healthcare projects tailored to the specific needs of township communities.

Produce

We provide relevant training and support, helping individuals transition into the workforce or entrepreneurship.

Trade

After 12 months, our beneficiaries begin trading, generating income that leads to self-sustainability.

Reinvest

Beneficiaries use their earnings to reinvest in their own communities, creating a sustainable impact.
